Areas of expertise
I mainly focus on the beneficial effect of physical activity on psychological well-being, especially in the organizational context. I'm looking for the psychological mechanisms which can explain this beneficial/adverse effect, and using this results to implement interventions in the workplace. In addition, I'm interested in training teachers to Self-Determination Theory's principle to improve students motivation and well-being. More recently, I'm focusing on the role of excessive/harmonious passion in trail-running context, to explain psychological (well-being, psychopathology), behavioral (eating disorders, sport/private/professional conflict) and physiological (sleep) consequences.
